You will receive rental agreement that needs to be completed as soon as you book with us and this will be emailed to you.
We have our own online check-in that we will send to you which includes all the names in your party along with a request for your photo id. This is needed before arrival since the unit is in an HOA and that is their request.
Will be sending you messages that line up with your arrival and departure, from smoobu, and ask that you be aware of them and complete any actions that are necessary.
Additional Fees:
Security deposit: $275. Will be returned once unit is inspected and free from damages.
Cleaning fee: $125.]
Summer Surcharge: $75 per week from June-August
Additional guest: $75 pp and max is 8.
Cancellations or reschedules are different depending on the booking site used. If booking directly with us you must advise 30 days in advance for a full refund. Within 30 to 15 days you will lose 50%. Anything less than 15 days there will be no refunds. If within 14 days and you need to cancel because of covid, we may be able to reschedule for another date except holidays or June thru August and only for one week at 50% value and you will be responsible for any cost increase. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for these situations.
